Early mornings are the most productive

It's quiet. 

No zoom calls, incoming calls or messages. 

You're well rested. 

You're at your most creative. 

Lately, I’ve been living that 5AM life: roll out of bed, meditate just enough to remember I'm a person, grab a dangerously good cup of coffee, and dive straight into whatever’s going to move the needle (or at least jiggle it a little).

Could be admin stuff, sales, or coding some side project that seemed like a brilliant idea at midnight. From 5 to 7AM, I'm basically unstoppable.

Late nights? Cute. The sunrise and I have bigger plans. 🌅☕
