My name is Andrés Max, I am a Software Engineer, UX/UI Designer and serial founder. In 2008 I founded my first company, Ideaware, which is now a 100+ people organization, providing IT talent for companies around the world.

I’m also a serial SaaS product founder, I like designing, developing, launching and scaling software products.

On the personal side, I’ve been happily married for 10 years and have 3 beautiful young boys.

A brief history of how I got here:

• 2006 – Full time dev job, learned UX Design
• 2006-2010 – CTO and UX/UI designer jobs
• 2010 – Founded Ideaware
• 2010-2018 – Scaling Ideaware, consulting
• 2015-2017 - Founded and sold taskware (SaaS)
• 2022 -2023 - Started wikit (SaaS)
• 2024+ - Scale Ideaware, launch tini.bio and teem.so
