Dialed in.

Great work on SHAYK and NIYOU today.

Legs was great too.

I brought my notebook into the sauna and cranked out 22 minutes of incredible NIYOU brainstorming. Made the time flyyyyy by and was needing to happen. I think I might need to sub in brainstorming and thinking creatively/productively in the sauna going forward.
