Great day today.

Woohoo!

Chest and tri day was great, last lift of the week at Boji.

Lots of fun all throughout the day.

The Perk kids were in charge of watching the little cousins as the olders went to dinner.

Luke and I hosted a fun little kid dance contest where it was tournament style.
