Great Sunday today.

Church - God works in mysterious and convicting ways. For the better of course.

Then lunch afterwords.

Worked for a while this afternoon on some things and applied to a handful of jobs. Crushed a fruit protein shake.

Then was absolutely dialed/fired up/rocking and rolling for a back and biceps day.

My iPod Shuffle is back to life for now. That's a HUGGEEEE win.

Sauned to end the night.
