Not too shabby of a day today.

NIYOU work w/ some SHAYK calls throughout.

Filmed the next ep. of our NIYOU Youtube series which is good!

Went on a hike today w/ a friend which was nice. Went south to Fontenelle Forest, was beautiful!

Got All American Burger for dinner w/ pops downtown.

Also, what a small world, Colton, longest time family friend, just so happens to be walking by and we wave him in and we catch up for a few minutes. What a small town Omaha is.

Packed up for the trip this weekend and was able to get in a chest and tri lift before a weekend off lifting.

8 hours in the car tomorrow - woo. 😐😐😐
