Morning full of house work. Mark came over and he did a bunch . I did just a few pieces. And of course we chatted off and on the whole time.

Worked on NIYOU in the afternoon. Boom!

Went on a great run in the evening. Did 4.15 miles downtown on the riverfront. Crossed the bridge into Iowa too. Crossing state lines for the run 🤝

Stretched and talked for a while and then went home to make dinner, sauna, shower up, and do a little work before bed.

Tomorrow is STACKEDDDD busy.
