Problem
The original Nucleus dashboard suffered from:
- Inconsistent layouts and disconnected user journeys
- Navigation friction, especially switching between dashboards (Supervisor to MD view)
- Confusing filters and lack of station identification in detailed views
- Cognitive overload due to lack of visual grouping and continuity
This made it difficult for users — from supervisors to managing directors — to interpret performance data, identify issues, and take timely action.
