One of My 2025 Goals.

This year I am going to become the most fit I have ever been.

I am strong and love to lift weights. But I need to become other things physically besides just lifting heavy things and having a good physique.

Get faster.

Become quicker.

Better endurance.

Running, biking, swimming - these are the 3 things I want to push myself in this year in particular.

It is very important to note also that I am planning to get back on the carnivore diet. I did it over the summer into the fall and I felt great, looked pretty nutty, and went to get back to this level of health that I was at.
