Keep everything close to my chest right now.

Another test went bad today unfortunately.

Lift tonight was insanely good.

Put up the 115 dumbbells on chest press. That's a PR.

Fullness is nuts right now while also having striations that I haven't seen. Nuts spot to be in.

Did my 12.1 miles of biking after the really hard lift too.

No more to talk about now. Maybe at a later date.
