Started the day with the family and enjoyed time together.
Pops grilled up some burger patties for lunch and we talked budgeting. He’s been meaning to talk this with us kids for a while now about this and we were able to make this time work.
Afterwords, I worked on cleaning up some things around the house. Listed a couple of old Chromebooks of FB Marketplace. And already have gotten a bunch of weird and goofy messages about them.
Luke and I then locked in at the kitchen table for over an hour. I challenged both of us to take an index card and write down goals we wanted to achieve in this session of work.
Time flew and we both got things done. I thankfully was able to get a bunch of stuff done.
After this, I went to the gym. I had such a great workout. Starting every time I am in the gym with stretching is awesome. And it’s DEFINITELY needed.
Back and biceps was today and then got to dripping sweat in the sauna. Brought in the sudoku book again and this time I was struggling more. The numbers were dancing and jumping around in the hot, sticky, humid room. I only completed 2 in the 20 minutes compared to 3 the day before.
At home afterwords, the fam had picked up some Indian which was pretty fire. While eating, I hung out with mom.
After I finished up food, I showered up and chugged some milk and protein powder.
I’m back on the MyFitnessPal horse. So eye opening so quickly. Hitting all my goals. Not messing around.
I took Piper for our midnight walk again tonight.
When I got back, I mocked up a quick birthday party invite for my Mudge’s upcoming birthday for my mom. Did this on Canva. Man, Canva rocks.
I restored both the old iPod Shuffle and the iPod Touch. I’ll be using the shuffle for real at the gym. I imported tons of songs from my SoundCloud which is super sweet. The touch, maybe not so much. But at least I got it back to working.
Last thing, I am going to be creating some vlogs to pair with these daily blogs. My thought, why not? I’ve done it before why not do it again. Also, it would push me to keep creating more and more. More reps are good.
