Power BI Desktop is available in two ways.
Microsoft Store: Open the Microsoft Store: Search for "Microsoft Store" on your taskbar or Start menu. You can also press Windows Key + Q and type it in.
Find Power BI Desktop: In the search bar, type "Power BI Desktop". Click on the first result.
Get it installed: Click the "Get" button. The Store will automatically download and install the software.
Launch Power BI Desktop: Once installed, the Store will display "Open". Click it, or find the program in your Start menu or taskbar.
