Changing an Email Address in Microsoft 365 Admin Center

Steps:

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Go to Users > Active Users.

Select the user you want to modify.

Under User Information, click Edit next to Username/Email.

Change the email address and click Save.
