Steps:

In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, navigate to Azure Active Directory.

Click on Users and then Guest users.

You can either add new guest users by clicking + New guest user or manage existing users by selecting them.

If the user has trouble signing in, ensure they have the correct permissions and that the guest user has been added properly.
