Hats Off to Bake Off: An Amateur Baking Podcast was thought up on the bus and started early 2020 - the pandemic turned out to be a blessing for the show as both my co-host and I had ample time to spend in the kitchen over the following months and being several hundred miles apart didn't affect the program at all. 

We've been on hiatus since 2022 when Malory moved back to Boston and had less free time to commit to a bi-weekly show. 

Hats Off to Bake Off: Technically is an upcoming interpretation of the original format with Nick hosting the show solo and baking the technical challenges from the seasons not already covered by the podcast. Malory's still included in the show as he has graciously agreed to develop the baking challenges that Nick will tackle each episode. Look forward to seeing these episodes in the future!
