Community Speaks Patriotism-
Living animation using construction paper, 3 pastels, overhead camera, after effects, public news media, synchronized to a live performance of original text made up of Santa Maria Live interviews. The slides and screen caps below where projected live on stage with performers on tour.
Happy Hour-
An animatic made on ToonSquid featuring original characters from my Dungeons and Dragons game to the song “Happy Hour” by John Garisson. The characters featured have just completed their most perilous missions and mine specifically was laid to rest and reunite with her passed on husband. The DM and myself envisioned an entire elven society with a focus on music (a bardic civilization) and I was so moved by our year long adventure that I made this gift for the adventuring party after our last session.
Origin of Love, Hedwig & The Angry Inch-
My favorite opportunity , both as an artist and performer was the role of Yitzhak in the two person play, Hedwig & The Angry Inch. Our production wanted to capture the magic of the originals animation sequence for the song “Origin on Love” while staying in the given circumstances of the play. Our passion for the project resulted in my Drag Debut with an overhead projector, a basket of sharpies, scissors, enough transparencies to last 2 months worth of performances and water to hydrate. I adore the designs we made and the harmonies we shared. My most cherished artistic endeavor to date.

The Giraffes Made Me Cry-
My first, of hopefully many, video essays to discuss and dissect media and art that moves me. Lots of different genres and stylings are utilized to make jokes and ideas, so there are a lot of “blink-and-you-might-miss it” moments I’m rather proud of. I wish there was more time to play with my tubey armed alter ego and celebrate art on the regular basis, but thankfully I get to focus on quality when I have less time at my disposal.
Float-
Eleri Wards music on loop inspired this ethereal animation of a couples yearning, reunion and confusion. It’s like they are each other’s sirens, at the bottom of the cliff and feeling whole at the bottom of the ocean. I had so much fun studying different processes and references to make the cyclical harmony that was this project.
Heart Set in Darkness-
A storyboard for a project that was set to be short film in 2023 but circumstances left the project on hold indefinitely. I hope to one day create this short horror piece and bring its haunting message to a hungry world.
