Our Philosophy

We opened FORM because we were tired of two options: soul-crushing globo gyms and boutique fitness that's more vibes than results.
We believe in:
Intelligent programming. Every class follows a periodized training plan. You're not just working hard—you're progressing.

Small classes. Max 12 people. Every coach knows your name, your injuries, and your goals.

Foundational strength. We train movements, not muscles. Squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. Get strong at these and everything else follows.

Sustainability over intensity. We're not here to crush you. We're here to build you up, week over week, year over year.

Our coaches have backgrounds in competitive weightlifting, physical therapy, and sports performance. We've worked with everyone from total beginners to professional athletes.
