New to FORM? Your first class is on us.
Here's how it works:
Book any class on the schedule marked "All Levels" through Mindbody. When you check out, use code FIRSTFORM and the class will be free.
Show up 10 minutes early. We'll get you set up in our system, show you around, and answer any questions. Wear clothes you can move in and shoes with a flat sole (no running shoes—they're unstable under load). We have lifting shoes you can borrow if needed.
Don't worry about your fitness level. Every class is scalable, and our coaches are experts at meeting you where you are. We've trained total beginners and competitive athletes in the same session.
What to expect:
FORM Strength classes start with a dynamic warmup, then move into the strength portion (usually 20–25 minutes of barbell or dumbbell work with coaching), and finish with accessory work or a short conditioning piece.
FORM Conditioning is faster-paced—expect kettlebells, rowing, and bodyweight movements in interval or circuit formats.
If you're brand new to lifting, we recommend starting with a FORM Foundations class. It's specifically designed to teach the fundamental movements so you feel confident in any class.
After your first class:
No pressure, no hard sell. If you liked it, we'll chat about membership options. If it's not for you, no worries—we're glad you came.
