Below is example of my Project Management skills used to throughout the year to ensure the success of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Brooklyn

Project Planning: We divide the year into Q1-Q4, putting emphasis on needs based on Y-O-Y trends, including but not limited to: donor relations, sponsor cultivation, registration influx, and event management (day of).

  • Q1 - Sponsor Retention and New Business Cultivation. The team works to generate leads via Salesforce to engage new businesses for sponsor, in-kind donation and partnerships. Q1 is heavily focused on engaging businesses and CRM management, by adding contacts, logging activities, creating projection dashboards and maintaining existing accounts. Q1 also works on risk management, looking at our portfolio to determine what revenues are at risk.
  • Q2 - Donor / Partner Reengagement. The team works to reengage donors from (Y22 - Y24) through different channels, including, email marketing, text marketing, attending events, and phone banking. Q2 puts emphasis on high level donors to ensure their return Y25, whilst providing them with the needed tools to increase their fundraising totals. Q2 also focuses on solidifying third party activities, i.e. community events, speaking opportunities, third-party fundraisers.
  • Q3- Scope Management. The team works with partners to go over walk day logistics and quality assurance to ensure that project deliverables are met.  Q3 works with external and internal vendors and staff to ensure that Walk Day essentials are orders or in production.
