The Doctrine for Structured Speculation

Structured Speculation is a playground for modeling, engineering, and fulfilling any future that can be imagined.

Written by Anthonio Pettit

Founder of Structured Speculation

The idea for Structured Speculation came to me after witnessing the utter breakdown in communication among factions of society over the past five years or so.

Logically, if two people want to see the same  result in the world, there ought to be a way for them to work together to achieve it, regardless of whatever differences might stand between them.

If only there were some way for people to unite around the things they do want in the world, rather than bickering about all the things they don’t.

Structured Speculation provides a way for groups and organizations to do just that; A Structured Solution builds pathways collaboratively through a three step process: identifying an optimized outcome, breaking it down into measurable criteria called conditions of satisfaction (CoS), and lastly assembling resources and pathways which allow these CoS to be met without harm.

Structured Solutions harness a variety of ideas from diverse perspectives— including knowledge learned tacitly via observations--to tackle problems holistically while circumventing common cognitive biases such as omission bias or looking for single causal factors when multiple factors may have caused an outcome.

ARTIFICIALLY CO-AUTHORED

From inception, Structured Speculation was likely to need to utilize some type of artificial intelligence to help determine and generate the classification of projects submitted to the system.

What I didn’t expect is how ready and able AI already is to take on this type of challenge

The Generative Pre-trained Transformer 3 (GPT-3) from Open AI became my confidant,  research assistant, and writing partner.

GPT-3 is an advanced deep learning model which is capable of comprehending and generating original text.

The process was not unlike co-creating an art project. After forming a rough outline of each section, I fed it to GPT3 and asked for recommendations and refinement. Not every suggestion is useful or relevant due to the stochastic nature of its output. However the good suggestions are often astounding, and with a little curation,  highlight the power of computing now available to humanity.

This Doctrine for Structured Speculation is itself a proof-of-concept for the methodology it describes, and is a demonstration of a Structured Solution.

The resulting Structured Speculation algorithm takes all of the methodology into account and applies it to new inputs. As GPT-3 is pre-trained, it currently cannot access real-time data from networked sources.

However once the proposed Loci framework is integrated, and safety protocols are hard-coded, the platform to will allow Structured Speculation to tap into the collective genius of humanity, and generate solutions in a way never before possible.

The future of what could be - is ready to create now.

What is  Structured Speculation?

Structured Speculation is a playground for modeling, engineering, and fulfilling any future that can be imagined.

Structured Speculation is the discipline of proposing a goal as though it has already been achieved and then examining what it would take to realize that goal.

As a project management methodology, Structured Speculation drives collaborative problem solving, and manages projects, benefits, resources, policies, and legislation created by this approach

It imagines conditions of satisfaction (CoS) that will be met when a goal is complete and then reverse engineers all necessary steps for those conditions to hold true.

This identifies sets of actions and stakeholders which pave the way for completion minimizing unknown or unpredicted factors. Structured Speculation is a playground for modeling engineering fulfilling any future that can be imagined. Structured Speculation combines engineering artistic conceptual thinking to create richly fulfilling solutions immerses users in virtual reality while focusing on an outcome goal

This methodology is a platform for managing projects, resources, benefits, policies, and legislation created by this approach.

Structured Speculation imagines conditions of satisfaction that will be met when a goal is complete, and reverse engineers all the necessary steps for those conditions to hold true.

This process identifies sets of actions and stakeholders which pave the way for completion minimizing unknown or unpredicted factors.

Idea outlines, known as Structured Solutions, combine engineering, artistic, and conceptual thinking to create richly fulfilling solutions and share those visions publicly to fulfill on completion collaboratively.

Breakthroughs in computational deep learning algorithms enable Structured Speculation to help generate these vivid outcomes as quickly as they can be imagined.

IT STARTS WITH AN IDEA

Any idea – Assumed to be 100% complete at some point in the future.

By proposing an idea as a finished goal, it is possible to speculate about the conditions that would need to be met for that goal to be complete. A goal should be stated in terms that are clear, measurable, and specific enough to allow others to understand what it means when achieved.

At its core, Structured Speculation simply states a goal as though it has already been achieved and then examines what it would take to realize that outcome.

This is done by plotting out a detailed scenario whereby the projected outcome has been realized as soon as all conditions are met.

Conditions must set specific, measurable criteria which ensure the achievement of outcomes. The needed actions are categorized and prioritized so as not to overtake or exclude any possibilities not accounted for later. Risks are identified, improbable solutions and null results are minimized, and success is assured one problem at a time.

But an even higher purpose of this process is providing a means to bridge diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

Collecting wisdom and working towards solutions together, knowledge becomes explicit among participants, leaving no room for doubt or confusion.

This synergy of ideas between people, organizations, and groups of various kinds is the essence of Structured Speculation.

THE STRAIGHTFORWARD PREMISE

Oftentimes collaboration is thwarted because of basic superficial differences or disagreements, even when outcomes are otherwise mutually desirable.

If two or more people can agree on something they want to see in the world, it’s in their shared interest to consider what’s standing in the way of achieving that goal.

Structured Speculation proposes a method to eliminate any sense of difference between factions, be they political, religious, cultural, or anything in between through double-blind index processing.

To speculate is to think about or investigate something that is uncertain or unknown.

Structuring the investigation in terms of reaching a specific outcome is a holistic approach that utilizes strategic thinking to create new possibilities.

People from every part of the social and economic spectrum can collaborate with each other to mutually benefit from a project.

So long as participants are committed to bringing forth a specific result, proposals, resources, and collaborative opportunities can be shared freely.

The road map to completing any idea can arise from the discussion generated by asking the question:

“WHAT WOULD IT  TAKE FOR THIS TO  BE COMPLETE?”

From this simple inquiry, we can start to sketch out many of the details that might be required such as:

•   What would have had to happen beforehand?

•   Who would need to have been involved?

•   What resources would be required?

•   What type of challenges will need to be overcome?

•   What work is currently being done that could contribute or benefit from a boost?

Each of the answers determined can be similarly analyzed and broken into component parts.

The assortment of data that emerges from this process is categorized, cross-referenced, and mapped onto real-world actions, players, resources, and requirements that would lead the completion of a goal by a specific time.

These details are woven together into a speculative proposal template known as a Structured Solution which unlocks collaboration in a dynamic global network and serves as the road map to completion.

This from nothing more than the declaration of a result in the future, and curiosity about what it would take to make it happen.

A COLLECTION OF MOVING PARTS

Structured Speculation is a bottom-up approach to problem solving. Instead of analyzing the world at a macro level and finding solvable problems, it starts with understanding the smallest context for a solution, and then works outwards.

This is useful because it forces discussions and decisions to take place at the most manageable level possible, and consequently more easily be implemented. It also creates a more human-friendly approach to problem solving, where a little bit of effort can solve a lot more problems than it can without Structured Speculation.

The general premise of Structured Solutions is that it’s not necessary to know how something happened before it does happen, but it’s also important to keep track of progress.

This mental shift will allow for new possibilities in solving issues, and consequently new solutions to problems we can’t solve now because there aren’t enough resources, support, or understanding.

STRUCTURED SOLUTIONS

A Structured Solution represents the collected maze of proposed outcomes, resources and pathways are captured in a single logical unit.

From a high level, Structured Solutions define the desired outcome, identify, and manage resources, and track the overall and progress toward a goal.

A Structured Solution starts by establishing what the desired outcome is, followed by listing all the conditions which are hypothetically necessary for this accomplishment to have completed successfully - even if the conditions themselves represent components which do not presently exist or will require additional research.

This allows for considering future technologies and unknown elements which are assumed to eventually be available, to take all possible scenarios into account, regardless of how unlikely today.

Structured Solutions can be visualized as maps of routes to accomplishment. As time passes various possible pathways emerge and are mapped out accordingly as new knowledge becomes known during collaboration.

The process creates conditions where people who share specific values can find alignment with new goals they may not have envisioned when the project started initially.

WHERE DOES IT WORK?

Take an issue like lead in drinking water.

In the United States, it is generally expected that the water that flows from the faucets in our homes will not be harmful to drink.

If people on the street are asked whether lead in drinking water is okay, they will likely answer no - even if they don’t specifically know why.

In truth, lead is a toxic heavy metal, widely understood to be harmful for human ingestion, even in small amounts.

But as for the discussion of why some drinking water contains harmful substances (lead included), and what should be done about it, fingers start to point.

Whose fault is it? Who’s not doing their job? Who can we blame? Who’s going to fix it? Why hasn’t anyone done anything?!

While it’s unlikely that anyone is advocating in favor of deliberately adding lead to drinking

It is not important to know why the water is contaminated, who is responsible for cleaning it up, or what to blame for it being there in the first place -

We just don’t want lead in drinking water.

water, the fact remains, there are numerous communities in the United States whose drinking water contains unsafe levels of this hazardous material.

As this blame game continues, communities continue to divide. People report feeling less and less connected as a society and increasingly powerless to make a difference.

Worst of all, the debate does nothing to address the actual issue at hand!

However, at this stage it is not important to know why the water is contaminated, who is responsible for cleaning it up, or what to blame for it being there in the first place.

WE JUST DON’T WANT LEAD IN DRINKING WATER.

Whenever a desired outcome can be agreed upon, there is no risk in speculating what it would take to make it happen.

And since there is lead in water today, and there does appear to be support for eliminating it, this idea can be used as basis for a Structured Solution.

Solving an issue of this magnitude will doubtless have many complex factors at play, many barriers to remove, and many conditions to be determined.

From Idea to Reality:

The Journey to Completion

As soon as a Structured Solution is proposed, it enters the first phase of development, the Discovery Phase. This is the first in a series of phases each goal travels the journey from inception to completion.

DISCOVERY PHASE:

This phase aims to determine all the ways in which the proposed idea could be successful. In other words, a basic understanding of what needs to happen for an idea to be made real.

To do this, it’s important to consider the resources that would be needed to implement the idea, and then speculate where those resources could be found.

Once a list of potential resources is compiled, you can begin to look for ways to access them. This is also an opportunity to look at what work is currently being done, and who the major players might be. Some resources will be relatively simple or may already exist in a community. Others may be extremely challenging to source.

When resources are particularly difficult to obtain, it may be necessary to get creative with how to go about getting them.

An initial set of resources and conditions are formally presented as a proposal. Anyone aligned with completing the goal can evaluate the proposal and provide feedback and expertise. This phase is ongoing throughout the project.

New data and feedback gathered along the way may uncover the need to speculate additional resources or solutions.

ENGAGEMENT PHASE:

With a completed proposal in hand, participants engage with the community to build support.

This process lays the groundwork for the project outcome and begins to identify the key stakeholders who might be available for partnership and participation. It is also openended and exploratory.

Participants conduct research and identify, resources, partnerships, and legislation necessary for completion of the idea. This may involve identifying financial and professional resources, physical assets, and potential legal challenges.

ACTION PHASE:

Now that resources and pathways are in place, the implementation of the project begins - Actions identified in the Discovery Phase are underway.

Like the previous stage, this phase involves acquiring resources that arise inside of contingencies.

It is not always possible to predict what resources will be needed to complete the task, and so it is important to be prepared for the unexpected.

There is also always a risk that something unforeseen will happen. To mitigate this risk, the group will need to perform contingency planning, where it identifies potential pitfalls and strategies for dealing with them.

COMPLETION PHASE:

The Structured Solution framework organizes and displays all the conditions that are estimated as necessary for any goal to be complete.

Structured Speculation differs from many project management strategies because it is not attached to any singular critical path to the goal. Rather it imagines the realm of conditions that are plausibly necessary for something to exist and what it would take to get there from where we are today.

Conditions are broken down into elements which are similarly analyzed and categorized into discrete actions and benchmarks.

These Conditional Elements are promoted and shared as feasible opportunities which contribute directly to the resolution and outcome of a mutually desired accomplishment.

Each Structured Solution is built around nodes which gather and organize conditions and elements and provides methods to visualize connections and dependencies. It tracks and manages progress toward goals in real-time and facilitates collaboration among parties who may not otherwise have access or influence over one another.

A project is declared complete once all the conditions that satisfy an outcome have been met. The responsible groups celebrate the shared achievement!

The celebration is both an acknowledgment to the community, and an opportunity to reflect on what was effective and what was not.

The group will need to evaluate the success of the idea, both positively and negatively. Factors such as how well the idea was received by the

Structured Solution Framework

public, and how many new projects have been launched as a result will help measure the ultimate success of a Structured Solution.

LEGACY PHASE:

After a project is declared complete, it is important to consider the impact that achieving a goal has made and will have on the future.

Conditions that require ongoing maintenance or monitoring can be incorporated into a project’s legacy phase. There may also be ongoing relationships with other projects in the network, and it is possible to trace the connections to see the actual difference the project is making in the world.

CONDITIONAL ELEMENTS are the building blocks of the framework. They represent anything that could possibly contribute to the fulfillment of a goal: resources, policies, legislation, people, organizations, and so forth. Conditions may vary widely in scope and complexity. Each element has its own set of conditions which must be met before is counted towards the resolution of a goal.

CONDITIONS can be satisfied by reaching simple benchmarks, such as a reaching a fundraising goal, the passage or revocation of a law or regulation, or completing a certain task or set of tasks. Further speculation and refinement may also be required to determine the scope and necessary elements to fulfill a condition. Conditional elements can be added as fixed or proposed.

Fixed elements are already known or have a clear pathway to resolution. Proposed elements have aspects which are currently unknown, hypothetical, or missing. Both types of elements are aggressively shared and promoted to invite collaborative input and feedback.  ACTIONS are created by users within each Conditional Element and serve as tasks or milestones on individual pathways toward completion. Actions can also be used to define dependencies between Conditional Elements (i.e., if Action X happens then Action Y will happen).

This allows users to create their own critical pathways through the network based on what they believe will most effectively achieve their desired outcome(s).

Users can add new elements at any time and edit existing ones with ease using a simple dragand-drop functionality within each elements’ card view. Users can also share these cards with others via email or social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook.

THE DOUBLE-BLIND PROCESS

If two parties have different views on a issues related to intellectual property and situation. The likelihood of agreement or commercial aspects of innovation. By having resolution is far from guaranteed. upfront agreement on open access licensing Structured Speculation helps bring such and clear individual contributions, it’s possible

Participants are encouraged to read each other’s goals and solicit speculative scenarios, thereby building on these shared visions so the exploration becomes a conversation.

By participating in this kind of speculative exercise, teams of individuals (who may never have previously considered working together,) bring diverse viewpoints and priorities which are seamlessly integrated into an empowering collaborative road map.

Structured Speculation can support the simultaneous participation in a project or planning process from various factions without divulging who else is involved, and with complete confidentiality for each person’s contribution.

This confidential (double-blind) mode of participation allows for negotiation settings and contexts where curiosity about the other party’s perspective might otherwise be an obstacle to progress.

Structured Speculation is also designed to avoid

If two or more people can agree on something they want to see in the world, it’s in their shared interest to consider what’s standing in the way of

to simultaneously focus on desired outcomes that are known through mutual accountability.

The first step, defining the goal, requires careful consideration to ensure it is balanced and feasible.

There must be a balance between reason and creativity; feasibility through engineering or logistics considerations; financial cost; and timing, because time is in constant competition with resources, people’s ability to work on various projects at one time (resource constraints), environmental effects, weather variables that affect delivery of goods, etc.

Structured Speculation takes all these factors into account and looks for potential paths forward for each party within the parameters of shared activities and resources, all the while tracking the increasing complexity that comes with execution.

If there are too many possible outcomes or no clear victory path, Structured Speculation aggregates conditions to determine which might be aligned with other projects’ outcomes; this leads to finding possibilities that meet multiple stakeholder’s criteria simultaneously.

These solutions are then strengthened by attracting and engaging a diverse field of experts across multiple disciplines so that they can help determine possible contingencies before they arise - working collaboratively from the first stages inception and steering the discussion through to completion.

Conditions been fully achieved or it must be dealt with differently due to lack of support, unavailable satisfied resources, or some other contingency renders a Structured Solution inviable.

A successful Structured Solution ends when ALL required Conditions of Satisfaction (COS) have been met.

Smaller projects or simpler goals may not require this level of collaborative specificity yet can still benefit from the methodology overall. When there is something larger that needs tackling, there is no better way than engaging the power of both human creativity and deep neural intelligence engines from all over the world at once.

SPECULATE

Infinite Possibilities Connected

As Structured Solutions grow in scale and complexity, it is essential to have a robust way to track the progress of numerous conditions, relationships, resources, and various other moving parts.

This includes managing and recording revisions to a myriad of elements as new information is revealed and new possibilities pathways emerge. Structured Speculation utilizes deep learning neural intelligence to generate, organize, and manage ideas. Deep learning is instrumental in designing and generating Structured Solutions that engage with artificial intelligence agents and individuals alike.

The principles of the Structured Speculation framework are designed to integrate with a sophisticated generative artificial intelligence tool called SPECULATE

S . P . E . C . U . L . A . T . E .

Stands for

Strategic

Predictive

Engine  for

Collaboration

Utilizing

Learning

Algorithms

To Engage

Astoundingly, this name was chosen by the engine itself when asked to generate an acronym that describe its capabilities.

SPECULATE was created to address the need for a robust system that would allow anyone willing to participate in the research and development of a Structured Solution to help contribute to the future.

It allows anyone to input their desired outcomes and actions into the neural network, to find similar ideas and ways for these ideas to contribute towards the outcome.

The real magic happens when SPECULATE is tasked with engineering and managing the fulfillment of a Structured Solution.

The engine generates, organizes, manages, and brokers most of the complex logistical elements within a Structured Solution.

Solutions are constructed by collecting information about projects, policies, benefits, activities, or laws, and searching for ways to have them work together. This process is ongoing- looking forward and back at existing conditions- to identify the needs for a desired outcome. The emphasis throughout the process is an understanding that the goals outlined are achievable if all stakeholders work together cooperatively and understand the necessary resources to get there from where they currently sit.

A Structured Solution contains enough information about its intent to drive understanding towards how best to achieve success across organizations and groups without being pie-in-the-sky. SPECULATE relies on computational muscle provided by these AI algorithms and predictive analytics to identify patterns across datasets and build logical chains.

These create insights useful for problem solving scenarios. It considers positive feedback loops and mechanisms that will maintain goals when they are achieved.

Complex patterns are uncovered in data sets and leads are translated into actionable opportunities which are distributed across the Structured Speculation network. SPECULATE pulls from an expansive set of highquality data models selected according to the specific needs of a particular project or goal. Additional collaborative partners with access to expertise, other assets or contributions can be automatically sourced from those communities. This process eliminates the need for any one individual or organization to invest in an uncertain venture. Even if the investment proves to be ineffective, there is no downside as the individual or organization can then choose to donate their contribution to a different project.

The platform utilizes deep learning algorithms such as GPT-3 from OpenAI, latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) and other state-of-the-art techniques to generate predictive outcomes about future scenarios.

The engine relies on integrity-based rules about what constitutes success and rejects those practices which are incompatible with human rights to ensure against negative outcomes that might otherwise arise.

SPECULATE assesses the probability that a particular approach may be successful, and then offers that opportunity to a group that can pledge to link an action with a contingency.

The result is a flexible road map that allow for updating conditions leading up to completion. This flexibility helps deal with future unknowns by iterating periodically towards most promising outcomes, eventuating optimum paths within this framework over time.

The SPECULATE engine conducts a recursive number of division searches across various categories and specializations to find the correct partner that is aligned with the outcome of the Structured Solution. Additional collaborative partners and team members with access to expertise, other assets or contributions from those communities can be easily sourced from these details.

This process eliminates the need for any one individual or organization to invest in an uncertain venture. Even if the investment proves to be ineffective, there is no downside as the individual or organization can then choose to donate their contribution to a different project.

The tools to uncover these hidden opportunities are what set the Structured Speculation methodology apart, generating the structural outline of a project and proactively scouring the globe for resources and partnerships that would make that possible.

The Solution in Numbers

Solutions are driven by preliminary data trials derived from simulations run on a project’s emerging conditions as well as prospects as it progresses.

Sharing risks additionally allows more accurate estimation, while also minimizing unacceptable losses across multiple fronts should something go wrong.

Structured Speculation can be applied to any idea, no matter the scale or complexity. The framework is a method to guess-and-check proposals and break them into manageable units.

to death, injury, illness, distress,    misinformation, or radicalization, damage to or loss of property or opportunity, or damage to the environment.”

Structured Solutions are proposed with the intention of being realized, so that they will have a net positive

Structured Solutions aim to make progress possible by creating systemic interventions that cross frontiers and bridge borders without consideration for geography or nationality.

Structured Speculation was designed to complement traditional methods of research and analysis. This groundwork laid, organizations can then apply Structured Speculation to identify a diverse range of questions to ask and provide answers to. It can be implemented as a stand-alone project management structure or as augmentation or expansion of other management strategies such as Benefits Realization Management (BRM).

One of the benefits of using Structured Speculation rather than a traditional quantitative analysis technique is that it provides insight into the entire breadth of the issue. It brings together data from various sources and types of information.

road sharing of Structured Solutions makes it easy for anyone to contribute ideas about how something might work better– whether they’re experts in that field or just passionate about making a difference – and to do so without having direct access or influence over those responsible for managing projects related to a particular issue/goal/idea.

This result is an open forum where all ideas are welcome regardless of originator’s identity, ideology, or differences in opinion, allowing

everyone involved equal opportunity for input while simultaneously maintaining autonomy throughout.

Structured Speculation extends the concept of human capital as a production function into the domain of speculation. It proposes that people accumulate capital by learning how to form, express, and leverage their unique relationships with those of others.

This is done through models that examine the relationships among specific goals and conditions which then serve to improve the human condition.

Structured Solutions aim to make progress possible by creating systemic interventions that cross frontiers and bridge borders without consideration for shared geography or nationality.

In essence they proactively make sure our solutions account for power-balanced approaches grounded in principles of equity, accountability, compassion, generosity, and gratitude.

As such, Structured Solutions must align with the broad definition of safety  adopted by OpenAI, (the creators of the technology behind SPECULATE)

“Freedom from those conditions that can cause physical, psychological, or social harm to people,

effect on humanity. They do this by closing gaps that continue to persist in our global society; lack of access to essential resources and healthcare, linguistic and cultural displacement, climate change, or exclusion from opportunity due to marginalization.

Having safety protocols in place minimizes the risk of violence, death, injuries, environmental or social harm through misinformation or malicious players. Structured Solutions must be designed with these threats in mind.

The core principles of Structured Speculation remain consistent with the way businesses operate today - by identifying opportunities and recognizing patterns to improve upon them.

Most organizations do this by leveraging existing relationships, which usually comes from knowing someone who knows someone else.

However, the Structured Speculation model allows users to become part of a much larger network, making connections across entire industries and geographies, giving them access to insights that are not otherwise available.

The Structured Speculation network takes advantage of these connections to find new opportunities and better ways of doing things.

including but not limited

Accountable  Objectivity

o broker these complex relationships, The Structured Speculation Platform and the SPECULATE engine employ an

encrypted block chain ledger for all activities.

This provides the foundation for several auditing and security measures that reduce the probability of fraud or abuse. Data is stored in an immutable environment where it cannot be modified, deleted, or stolen by any individual. The decentralized nature of the data is much more difficult to hack.

A stored audit history enables a node to verify the data they are running for correctness by verifying it against the ledger. The data is replicated to all nodes on the network, which ensures that it is stored with redundancy. SPECULATE provides a transparent way to make trades using smart contracts where inputs are anonymous, and outputs are published on the block chain.

These input and output values can be placed in a context within the network and then examined against the constraints of each other to potentially fulfill multiple outcomes upon completion.

SPECULATE is designed to:

1.        Identify the most effective strategies for a given issue.

2.        Organize and integrate potentially aligned groups.

3.        Create “double-blind” agreements to eliminate fraud, abuse, and protect the interests of all parties.

4.        Broker transactions and execute smart contracts as required for a given issue.

5.        Use a learning algorithm to optimize the workflow.

6.        Engage in fair and equitable negotiations, with the core belief that all present parties are respected and have an equal opportunity.

STRUCTURED SPECULATION is a uniquely powerful methodology designed to help affect systemic change in society through collaboration.

The SPECULATE engine is designed to take the power of the speculative future out of the hands of the few and put it into the hands of people around the world, by allowing them to submit ideas that solve problems or address issues of their concern. SPECULATE engine has been designed from the ground up for social application.

The most critical element of this engine is its architecture, which allows anyone to submit an idea or post a comment and become part of the larger conversation, without having to invest any capital or undergo the training necessary to master a tool or platform.

SMART CONTRACTS

The ability to trust relationships and transactions can be considered the most critical aspect of collaboration through Structured Speculation methodologies.

The potential for abuse or manipulation is significant, so any system in this realm must have built-in protections that prevent such outcomes.

Smart Contracts are one of these protections which implement a series of rules and constraints on automatically executed transactions.

This reduces opportunities for misunderstandings or abuses that could otherwise be harmful to relationships.

A smart contract is a transaction protocol which is intended to automatically execute, control or document legally relevant events and actions according to the terms of a contract or an agreement.

The objective of smart contracts to reduce the for need of trusted intermediators, arbitrations and enforcement costs, fraud losses, along with the reduction of malicious or accidental misuse.

Smart contracts provide a fair and equitable way for groups to collaborate and exchange ideas with one another with minimal overhead.

They also enable greater programmatic consensus across complex sets of stakeholders and conditions by implementing the concept of the transparent “double-blind” protocol for negotiations and outcomes.

The biggest implication of this impressive

technology is its ability to be a proactive facilitator for the resolution of complex issues on a global scale.

Ensuring secure and transparent transactions also enables constituents to leverage their intellectual property rights to secure additional value for the entire network without individual risk.

Structured Solutions’ architectural approach to delivering conditional elements facilitates double-blind participation among parties, regardless of identity, ideology, or differences of opinion. Smart Contracts manage these exchanges transparently.

PECULATE can take any idea and generate an entirely new future.

The AI works to generate and reverse engineer the conditions which might be necessary for an outcome hold true, identify actions that will pave way for to fulfill those conditions and simultaneously adjust for any unpredicted factors.

The web interface provides a space where Structured Solutions are defined, and their progress is tracked. One of the site’s purposes is to provide anyone who has a good idea the knowledge base and tools needed to communicate that idea, track its progress, and create lasting systemic change.

Others may be interested in browsing Structured Solutions for inspiration or for opportunities to get involved in issues of importance.

User can either submit conditions of satisfaction for public speculation or keep a project limited to specific teams or organizations.

Ideas submitted by users populate a global

idea pool database, promoting collaboration among many perspectives on any given problem or issue.

Users may also subsets solutions into classification groups which generate related projects across complex methods.

This saves time as periods of deep engagement with one project allows creativity free reign without taking focus away from other pursuits.

If two or more people can agree on something they want to see in the world, it’s in their shared interest to consider what’s standing in the way of achieving that goal.

At any time, users may update Structured Solutions based on their own work to optimize using new information gained through research or improve them through creative ideation.

The Structured Speculation Charter

The Structured

Speculation Charter

provides definition and differentiation, for collaboration and accountability, and the guidelines for how members and participants align to conduct themselves after joining.

MISSION: To promote unity and

knowledge through a structured process of imagining, exploring, and creating actualized realities.

By fostering collaboration among diverse perspectives, the Structured Speculation process enables individuals to transcend boundaries of time, place, culture, and experience so that people can combine knowledge toward better decisions for present communities while providing realistic pathways for future generations.

This is achieved by harnessing modern computational power to explore limitless potentialities with a more systematic approach.

Structured Solutions must be free from conditions which cause harm to people or property, including but not limited to death, injury, illness distress; misinformation; mistakes in outcomes leading to unchecked risk; radicalization

The Structured Speculation Charter is the legal body governing and protecting structured speculation. To function effectively we need to define what “fair” means in this context;

The charter requires that Structured Solution conditions and outcomes are constrained by the terms of the following safety protocol: “Structured Solutions must be free from those conditions that can cause physical, psychological, or social harm to people, including but not limited to death, injury, illness, distress, misinformation, or radicalization, damage to or loss of property or opportunity, or damage to the environment, and promote common rule through mutual aid.”

Fairness: Anyone with the intent of promoting global goodwill is eligible to participate in a Structured Speculation project as long as they comply with this charter. The intent is the value judgment of the trusted participants. Structured speculation creates (1) innovative solutions that are realistic and achievable, (2) systematic and scalable ways to solve problems and innovate, and (3) practical beliefs that benefit all involved parties by seeking broad input, fostering collaboration across diverse perspectives, encouraging open expression and listening openly.

The formal responsibility of this group is to offer proposals for the solutions, and not to produce a mandate. The trustworthiness of this group stems from their demonstrated ability to purposefully solve problems given the information available at the time. Structured speculation cannot be used as coercion or compulsion for any individual or entity that refused participation.

Membership is non-exclusive; anyone who is interested in proactively creating solutions that are systematic, achievable, scalable, innovative, and realistic to benefit society can join. There are three types of membership: Individual Membership involves education about Structured Speculation and an invitation to become a member. Once an individual becomes a member they gain access to all materials available on the site and are able to participate in various ways with people of the same interest group, either in broad inter-cultural communities or those solely from their discipline via Member’s Groups (page).

Logicstic Membership reside within various sectors or work groups combined with existing stakeholders or experts who care about its future. They inject feedback and direction into specific projects that may need guidance for both next steps as well as other detail oriented considerations.

Observer  An optional category includes participants who do not belong to any kind of mandate but actively participate in desired discussions or content creators who wish to share their own ideas outside of scheduled events. A fundamental principle of Structured Speculation is that everyone matters equally regardless their level of involvement.

The Structured Speculation Charter is a set of universal rules that Structured Speculationenabled projects must comply by.

It was designed with recommendations from the United Nations, Open AI, to emphasize humanity’s happiness and wellbeing and our planet’s sustainability.

This charter unifies all nations through its universality; polarization is minimized through collective responsibility for happy and healthy lives. Individual liberties are maintained while human rights are allowed total protection and maximum respect, sustainable environmental policies are proposed to minimize long term suffering while maximizing short-term benefits, comprehensive innovation initiatives produce radical possibility pipelines at an industrial scale without bias or neglecting any demographic group based on traditional notions of race, nationality ethnicity.

Projects utilizing this charter must find a way leverage current limitations and realities in order to improve rather than attempt complex (or impossible) feats such as user displacement or inhumane operating conditions; stimulating success without disrupting progress.

They must drive systematic change through collaboration rather than competition; acknowledge humans have made mistakes in the past but can learn from them without repeating them - meaning no forced relocation before compensation is provided. Projects will support compromise which compels flourishing cooperation so both parties benefit - not impose their ideas unilaterally like imperialistic powers that undertake unequal arrangements for exploitation.

The Structured Speculation Charter is a framework for how to be productive in collaborative environments and problem solving. This charter offers an approach to the process of structuring how things are tackled from ideation and creativity, implementation, and management. The Structured speculation

Structured Specification

“What would it take to build the Structured Solution Platform as a minimum viable product (MVP)?”

This specification is designed to address all of the possible requirements necessary to make Structured Speculation a viable product.

This set of Conditions of Satisfaction is merely a place to start the discussion about developing a platform as outlined using readymade technologies and tools.

It is expected that design requirements will further crystallize as the Structured Speculation development team explores how all of these components will fit together efficiently and securely.

ESTIMATED REQUIREMENTS:

This section describes some practical considerations necessary for implementing the Connected Community Hub with an artificial intelligence engine based on Generative Pretrained Transformer 3 (GPT-3) from Open AI. The desired outcome is a full set of shared resources generated via GPT-3 which empowers collaborators through deep learning capabilities, while providing robust interactions between diverse stakeholders, and software tools which can help realize visions and manage goals as though they have been achieved already. And finally e tools that allow Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) to be identified so future success is assured one step at a time.

A two way bridge connecting perspectives across disciplines will allow knowledge made explicit rather than implicit within this system. Collaboration among diverse peoples produce innovative ideas that are realistically achievable without sacrificing sustainability or safety standards

This specification is a starting point to gather all requirements necessary for a cohesive project management solution, including any patent pending designs. and a platform for innovation and incubation.

The Structured Speculation Connected Community Hub with Artificial Intelligence (including the SPECULATE engine,) must be able:

1. To propose a goal as though it has already been achieved, and use that goal as the basis to generate possible conditions that will be met when the goal is achieved.

2. To reverse-engineer the necessary steps for each condition to hold true, identifying actions and partnerships which pave way for completion and simultaneously account for unpredicted factors.

3. To put forth ideas collaboratively and share them publicly so they contribute directly towards resolution.

4. To combine and track proposed outcomes, resources and pathways into Structured Solutions;   single logical units containing the comprehensive strategic outline. This includes specific goals, timeline(s) and milestones. To also create step-by-step pathways with clear indicators of progress along the way.

5. To Identify and communicate with project collaborators for fulfillment on the execution of  Structured Solutions. To facilitate partnerships and contracts through networks of experts or partnerships; to assemble team members with knowledge in one or many disciplines required to complete these projects collaboratively; to bring people together from varying backgrounds, professions, nationalities etc.--Those who may never have come into contact had it not been for our shared interest in solving problems. To foster a collective intelligence capable of finding new ways of seeing old problems or new solutions to fresh challenges

6. To leverage public and privately held databases using a Loci framework which locates data using  tracking objects and tracks them throughout their lifecycle. This happens without specifying predetermined types or classes up front; relations provide abstraction from data structures, separating computational kernels from data management systems but still supporting multiple configurations (blockchain ledger). Using Hashed containers instead distributed arrays allows Loci’s programming model flexibility in terms of scalability across architectures; - relationships created by stakeholders who want relevant information transparently available.

The prerequisite for Structured Speculation is a modular system for viewing and interacting with data based on the principles of Open Semantic Modeling Environments.

1.                 Equal consideration of diverse opinions, circumstances, potential outcomes and

stakeholder implications,

2.                 Project management in approach to provide both predictability and performance flexibility,

3.                 A strategy for disrupting forces or conditions which can cause harm to people (including death) as prescribed herein;

The Structured Speculation approach guides operationalizing concepts and framing solutions by understanding every necessary step before any work begins.

The key tenets of this speculative design process are not to cede the power of choice but rather strategize each element systematically as outlined by its specific requirements ahead of time - initiating participation and collaboration within diverse perspectives then providing creative ideas on how those individual needs might be best answered collectively with a collective discussion facilitated around these details.
