In her prior role as a Staff Attorney with the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), Samantha Serna Uribe spoke ABC13 regarding Texas' challenge to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and legal arguments before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
"We will be in court arguing on behalf of DACA recipients, asking the 5th Circuit to overturn the decision of the district court," Serna said.
