Email Forwarding in Microsoft 365 (Admin)

Steps:

In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to Users > Active Users.

Select the user for whom you want to set up forwarding.

Under Mail Settings, click on Email Forwarding.

Enable Forward All Emails and enter the forwarding email address.

Optionally, check the box to Keep a copy of forwarded emails.

Click Save.
