Grant Permissions to a User in SharePoint or OneDrive

Steps:

Navigate to the SharePoint site or OneDrive you want to manage.

Click on the Settings gear icon and select Site Settings (or OneDrive Settings).

Under Permissions and Management, select Site Permissions (or OneDrive Permissions).

Click Grant Permissions and enter the user’s email address.

Select the appropriate permission level (e.g., Read, Edit, Full Control).

Click Share.
