User Cannot Open Microsoft Teams Desktop App

Steps:

Check for Updates:

Open Teams and click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

Select Check for updates and install any available updates.

Clear Teams Cache:

Close Microsoft Teams.

Navigate to C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams.

Delete all the files in this folder (don't delete the folder itself).

Reopen Teams and see if the issue persists.

Reinstall Teams:

Uninstall Teams from Settings > Apps.

Download the latest version from the Microsoft Teams website.

Reinstall and check if it opens correctly.

Check System Requirements:

Make sure the system meets the necessary specifications for Teams, including RAM, processor, and operating system.
