Your Message Couldn’t Be Delivered (Outlook)
Steps:
Check if the email address you sent to is correct.
Confirm if the recipient’s mail server is reachable (check with the recipient’s IT team).
Ensure your email server isn’t flagged as spam by the recipient’s email provider.
In Outlook, go to File > Account Settings > Repair to fix any issues related to the email account.
Check if your email is blacklisted by visiting any online blacklist checker.
